What words come to mind? We’d bet it would be words like confident, credible, inspiring, knowledgeable, sincere, engaging, or genuine. These are all positive words, but they leave no room for coaching. We cannot say to you, “John, could you try sounding a bit more confident?” or “Sarah, I need you to be more credible.”

That’s where we come in. As coaches, it is our job to teach and coach you on a set of skills and messaging best practices so you know what you need to do to be described with words like these.
